The free resources listed on this site point to official sources; the structured assistance is a private service.
What does the $30 application fee actually cover?
The one-time fee helps cover court costs and administrative expenses needed to retrieve your discovery packet and related case records. Those documents are required before any case review can begin. It also supports the initial assessment and assignment of a case manager once the materials are in hand.
It is not a fee for legal representation, and it does not guarantee any particular outcome.
Will this remove me from the Florida sex offender registry?
No service can promise removal from the registry. Florida law sets strict rules for registration and limited pathways for relief. Structured assistance focuses on records, classification, residency issues, and the limited options that current statutes actually allow. Every situation depends on the specific facts and the law as it stands.
What if the records cannot be obtained?
Some older cases or certain jurisdictions make records harder to retrieve. If materials cannot be obtained after reasonable effort, you will be told clearly. The fee is not refundable once the discovery request process has started, which is stated on the Application Fee page before payment.
Is the information I submit kept private?
The disclosure form is encrypted with multiple layers before it is sent. The encryption passphrase is transmitted through a separate channel and is never included with the form file. Completed forms are stored outside the public web directory. These are practical security measures designed to protect sensitive information; they are not formal third-party certifications.
Do I have to pay the fee to use the free resources?
No. The official resources, research perspective, and curated support listings on this site are free. The $30 fee applies only if you choose to begin the structured case-level assistance process that involves record retrieval and case review.
How long does the process usually take?
Most people who complete payment and the encrypted form hear back within a few business days for confirmation. The time needed to obtain court and discovery records varies by jurisdiction and can take longer. You will be kept informed as the process moves forward.

What if I get interrupted after paying?
